Throughout the year, the Lasley Centre will host free lifestyle education seminars on topics that may be important to our community. This is a free and public event open to everyone in our community.
Couponing 101 Learn the basics of couponing, including where to get coupons, how to stay organized, how to match up and find the best deals, and ultimately how to save 50-90%+ on your shopping trips.

Andrea Balarezo, Co-Founder at Single Mothers United
Andrea Balarezo is a licensed elementary school teacher who left the classroom to dedicate time to her young children. At that point, she learned couponing as a way to help her family stay within their monthly budget and now saves thousands on groceries and household items each year. She passes her knowledge onto her Facebook Group “Couponing, Money Saving, Deal Seekers”, which has 1600+ members.
Andrea is co-founder of Single Mothers United, a nonprofit organization that provides spiritual, emotional, and professional support in order to encourage, equip, and empower single mothers in the Northern Virginia area.
Lasley Centre, Studio C
This is a free event offered by the Lasley Centre, Andrea Balarezo and Single Mothers United. Registration is required to ensure that there is enough space and materials that may be required for the event.
