You will need:

Stage Makeup Application Process

Follow the steps below to achieve the desired stage makeup look. Click the picture to view a larger version.

Before makeup is applied
Apply blush in a “C” shape extending from apples of cheeks up through temples and slightly onto forehead
Line lips
Fill in with lips with lipstick. Using a lip brush may make lipstick easier to apply.
Apply white eyeshadow under brow bone.
Ballet III Only:
Trim fake eyelashes to appropriate size for your dancer’s eye. Determine proper size by forming eyelashes (without adhesive!) to dancer’s eye.
Ballet III Only:
For easiest adhesive application, put a dab of eyelash adhesive on your hand. Drag the top of the fake eyelashes through the adhesive, and then wait 30 seconds for the adhesive to become slightly tacky.
Ballet III Only:
Press eyelash onto the lash line, placing the fake eyelash strip as close to your dancer’s natural lash line as possible. Repeat this step and the previous step for the other eye.
Apply black eyeliner beginning from slightly beyond the inside corner of the upper lid and extending slightly beyond the end of the lash line, moving slightly upward as you move outward from the corner of the eye. The thickness of the line should increase slightly as you move from the corner of the outward.
Apply black eyeliner beginning from just inside the corner of the lower lash line and extending slightly beyond the outer end of the lash line, moving slightly upward as you move from the corner of the eye towards the outside of the eye.
Apply dark brown eyeshadow in the crease, starting from the inner corner of the eye, extending through the crease, and finally joining the eyeshadow to the eyeliner line as shown in the picture.
Voila!
