Class Schedules & Basic Tuition Policies
The Lasley Centre has adopted a year-round class schedule for all regular dance classes (e.g., ballet, modern, jazz, etc). Students should select classes appropriate to their level at the time of registration. As their skills progress to more advanced levels, students will receive updated class placement recommendations on a rolling basis throughout their time at the Lasley Centre. Students may always modify their enrollment to add or remove classes in different genres, or switch into different sections of the same level class where available.
Due to the ongoing nature of classes at the Lasley Centre, students are expected to continue attending classes throughout the year, including summer. The Lasley Centre will allow students a temporary leave of absence of up to one month; breaks in attendance of more than one month will cause the student’s account to be deemed inactive and require a new registration fee to be paid upon re-activation.
Starting with enrollment for classes beginning in the fall of 2015, all students (new and returning) will be charged a one-time $35 fee upon registration.
Tuition will be billed on the first of each month for that month’s classes. Tuition is calculated on the basis of the total number of hours of class per week that a student is enrolled in.
