Karen Bath

Karen Bath has lived in Northern Virginia for over 20 years, having moved here from the New York Metropolitan area with her husband. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from St. Michael’s College in Winooski, Vermont where she grew up.

After many years in the working world, including retail buying, secretary at a defense contracting company, broadcasting school administration, and working for a non-profit higher education association in Washington, DC, Karen decided it was time to stay home with her three children. She spends many hours bringing them to their activities and volunteering at school, and she served two years on the board of the elementary PTO.

Her daughter’s love of dance brought them to the Lasley Centre, where Karen now works in the capacity of Assistant to the Executive Director. She is thrilled to be back working in the arts!
